Amended Bylaws of the NDFLBBA

On September 10, 2024, the NDFLBBA Board of Directors unanimously approved the current draft of the Amended Bylaws of the Northern District of Florida Bankruptcy Bar Association, Inc. (the “Bylaws”), and authorized an online poll be delivered to the current membership via email to vote on the ratification of the Bylaws. The Board of Directors request that you respond to this poll by either voting in favor or against the Bylaws by no later than September 25, 2024. The Board of Directors will announce the ratification of the Bylaws at the Annual Meeting on September 27, 2024.
