2021 NDFLBBA- CLE- Valuation Believe it or Not!

Marshall Glade and Laura Clemente of B. Riley Advisory Services will be presenting on valuation methodologies and the meaning of the valuation results.  Within the presentation, Marshall and Laura will provide an overview of financial statements, present the methods used to value different asset classes, discuss common valuation mistakes, and how valuation is incorporated in a distressed or Bankruptcy situation.  A common theme among the areas of focus will be how valuation and financial results can be adjusted and manipulated.  Instead of only accepting a number on a paper, you will develop the skills to challenge those numbers and better advise your client.
