About the event
The Board is pleased to announce the 2021 Virtual NDFLBBA Annual Seminar and Business Meeting. The live, online seminar will be held Friday, October 1, 2021, starting at 9 am eastern time and ending at 3 pm. The seminar is intended to provide participants with 5 general and ethics CLE credits
This year we will have presentations on UCC Article 9, Subchapter V bankruptcy, and the Bankruptcy Student Loan Management Program. Additionally, we will present the Judges Panel, US Trustee Report, Clerk’s Office Report and the Caselaw Update.
